Michelle is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Functional Medicine health coach working with individuals and families to help them define and achieve wellness. As a former educator and parent of three teenagers, Michelle brings professional and practical experience to help her clients thrive through positive psychology and a deep understanding of nutrition. She also brings her personal experience with autoimmune and metabolic disorders.
Michelle has obtained an FMCHC credential (functional medicine certified health coach) in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine® and is board certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Purdue University. Michelle has helped many clients reduce reliance on medications and improve metabolic health, longevity, and lifestyle through her coaching services and programs across the United States.
