Michelle is a functional medicine health coach working with individuals and families to help them define and achieve wellness, nutrition, and metabolic outcomes and lifestyle improvements. As a former educator and parent of three teenagers, Michelle brings a balance of professional and practical experience to help her clients thrive in all aspects of their lives through positive psychology, a deep understanding of nutrition, and personal experience with autoimmune and metabolic disorders.
Michelle has obtained a FMCHC credential (functional medicine certified health coach) in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine®. She has a bachelor’s in education from Purdue University, and has helped many clients reduce reliance on medications, improve metabolic health, and improve longevity and lifestyle through her coaching services and programs across the United States.
